About Melissa Noel

Melissa Noel, owner, and CEO of Mel's Transportation has 21 years of medical service and logistical experience. She is affectionately known as "Mel" and was a key team member of the Jetfly Transportation startup, where she was responsible for management and operations.

She has also served as Director of Galvez PCA and Ajar, personal care assistance companies. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the operations of both companies including hiring, billing, chart audit, and outreach to the elderly in the community. She also wrote policies and procedures that resulted in deficiency-free audits.

Melissa founded the Association for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Providers (NEMTP). She was a very influential component in working to revamp the Louisiana NEMT Industry, ensuring Transportation Provides have representation during the rebuilding process.
